Business Development Capability
DKS leverage a strong Technical / Production Engineering background. Past responsibilities include Business Development, in its widest sense, as well as corporate selling, key account management and sales and marketing strategy definition to break into new and diverse markets. We have lead management capability reviews, scoping and recruiting new positions to strengthen the organisation in key areas. We have conceived, and delivered Organisational Development training programs. We have developed the strategy for selection, deployment and managed the implementation of ERP systems to improve Customer Relationship Management and Sales Order Processing. MCIPS qualified and registered, we can offer unique insight and perspective to help identify the critical factors driving the acquisition process and build compelling supply offers to meet those requirements.
Supply Chain Development Capability
DKS have previously had responsibility for developing and managing supply chains, commodity management and supplier quality assurance activities for mission critical components, during periods of exponential growth. We have been successful in taking conceptual business requirements from up to Board level and mapping out the sourcing vision to convert these requirements into robust effective supply solutions. We have lead the transition to a truly global supply base developing strong supply partnerships in China, India & Brazil. This has delivered significant commercial and capability improvements. We have defined and implemented “Best Value”, global sourcing strategies and delivered these objectives through the creation and management of global cross functional, multi-cultural teams.
